The Blastcrete 2200 lb. Capacity Pan Mixer is our reliable hydrostatic pan mixer designed for mixing up to 1 metric ton of refractory castable. The mixer is driven by our heavy duty planetary gearbox achieving consistent 1.5 to 2 minute mix times for most materials. The 15 sq. ft. operator's platform includes our simple control panel for FORWARD/STOP/REVERSE mixer rotation, bottom slide door OPEN/CLOSE, Fill-Rite Water Meter for precise water addition, and manual mixer tilt hydraulic controls for clean out.
